While the hotel is attractive, we faced issues crossing the narrow bridge during busy hours. It was quite frustrating to navigate the traffic just to reach the ancient town. Although the hotel had a cot available, there wasn’t a baby chair for breakfast, which made dining with our little one challenging.

We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for 3 nights. It was really spacious and super clean, with a comfy big bed that had a new mattress—not too hard, not too soft. The bathroom was nice, featuring a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. The best part? The air conditioning worked great and was quiet, which was a lifesaver in the heat! Overall, the room was perfect for us.

Breakfast choices were diverse, with delicious dishes freshly prepared upon arrival. The breakfast choices were delicious, and the free bikes made it easy to get around. The only minor thing was that it took a bit to figure out the Wi-Fi, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all!

Bonsai Villa Hoi An was a delightful retreat with extremely attentive staff, particularly Autumn, who ensured we felt at home right from check-in. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the free bicycles allowed for enjoyable explorations of the surrounding area.
